Our home sits along Okey L Patteson Road, offering guests a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. Within minutes, you can access hiking, climbing, and rafting at the New River Gorge National Park, as well as charming Fayetteville with its shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Groceries, gas stations, and local dining options are just a short drive away, so you can stock up with ease. The neighborhood itself is simple and modest, but it’s safe, quiet, and a great base for adventurers, families, and those seeking a mix of relaxation and exploration.

The easiest way to explore Scarbro and nearby attractions is by car. Our home has a driveway that fits up to 4 vehicles, and most key destinations—including Fayetteville, New River Gorge National Park, and ACE Adventure Resort—are just a short drive away.

While public transportation is limited in the area, you’ll find major highways close by for easy access to trails, dining, and outdoor adventures. Taxis and ride-shares (like Uber/Lyft) may be available but are not always reliable, so we strongly recommend bringing or renting a car during your stay.

The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway. A Ring Floodlight security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
