Please be aware that the home is situated in a friendly neighborhood and the backyard offers views of neighboring yards.

• We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
• No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property.
• No parties are permitted on the property.
• Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied. Please check our House Rules to see the additional fees.

The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway. A Ring Floodlight security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

The pool ranges from 3 feet in the shallow end to 7.5 feet in the deep end. Swim at your own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult. No diving is permitted. No glassware in or near the pool area.
Please note that the pool has a 3-foot-deep ledge encircling the perimeter. Guests should use caution when transitioning from the shallow edge to deeper sections.
