The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. A keypad is located at the back door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest.

About the Neighborhood & Dogs:
Please note that the neighboring homes are modest and local dogs may occasionally bark. While this is a quiet and safe area overall, some guests have mentioned the barking as a concern, so we want to be upfront about it. If you're sensitive to noise or expecting a completely silent environment, this may not be the best fit. However, if you're looking for a cozy, well-kept space with great amenities at a fair price, we’d love to host you!

⭐️ Amenities - We provide all hotel standard linens and towels: Bedroom sheets, two pillows per person, duvets, bath towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All items necessary for the house washer-dryer and more. Fully equipped kitchen!

🐶 Neighborhood Dogs - Our neighbor's dog may occasionally bark, typically during guest arrival and departure, which could be heard by guests. However, the dog usually stops barking shortly after. While we aim for a peaceful stay, we want to be transparent. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

⭐️ Entry - Keyless smart lock at the front door for your convenience. Codes are sent a couple of days prior to your arrival and expire at the end of your stay at checkout time.

The hot tub may take longer than usual to heat, especially in colder weather. For best performance, the jets should be off or on low while heating and the cover should remain fully closed.

Due to weather conditions and heating limitations, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach or maintain maximum temperature at all times.

⭐️ Neighborhood - Homey WV neighborhood. No neighbors to the back of the house where you will spend most of your time grilling or by the fire table. Please always be respectful with the adjacent neighbors and how beautifully quiet it gets here - enjoy the sounds of nature. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8 am

⭐️ Bedroom - Two queen size beds and one king size for you and your family's comfort. 100% cotton, premium fabric lines on all beds. Pure softness
